Pinenanda is derived from the English word “Pine” and the Sanskrit word "Ananda" meaning bliss or joy. This fusion signifies the grounding strength of the science of happiness and ancient wisdom and the continuous growth towards fulfilment (Ananda) through mindful practices.

This is achieved through the practice of Micro Mindful Moments (MMM):

I'm Oren Hefetz, a seasoned professional with 25 years of leadership experience(16 years at Google). My diverse expertise encompasses business development, technology and history. During my tenure at Google,  I drove innovation and growth in the tech sector, holding roles such as Director of Startups and Strategic Partnerships, Head of Performance Media Solutions & Innovation and Director of Export & Startups. In these positions, I forged strategic partnerships, developed cutting-edge solutions, and led impactful initiatives within the technology industry.


In addition to my professional achievements, I am an historian and the proud author of the best-selling historical fiction novel, "The Dagger of Apollonia". This novel explores the fascinating history of ancient and modern Israel, combining my deep love for history with my passion for storytelling. The book has resonated deeply with readers, offering a compelling narrative enriched with historical insight.


My commitment to personal growth and lifelong learning led me to create the Pinenanda methodology. This unique approach to conscious leadership development blends ancient wisdom, positive psychology research, and the latest advancements in science and AI. Through Pinenanda, I aim to inspire leaders to cultivate a mindful and innovative approach to leadership, fostering both personal and professional excellence.
